The reporter learned that among the 1,000 companies surveyed at the beginning of February, there was a general shortage of employment and the number of workers was 67,000, a slight increase from the same period of previous years. Among the enterprises participating in the survey, there are 25 state-owned collective enterprises, 600 joint-stock limited liability companies, 50 private enterprises, 200 private enterprises, and 125 other types of enterprises.

From the job placement point of view, mainly in the mechanical processing, construction, textile and clothing, business services, food processing and other industries, and the lack of labor is also mainly these industries, compared to the textile and clothing, food processing industry " People are the worst. Judging from the age of employment, the youngest labor aged between 16 and 25 is the shortest, accounting for about 50% of the company's labor demand; 26-35 years old accounts for about 40%. Compared with the same period of previous years, the lack of workforce is younger.

According to the forms filled out by the companies, the investigators analyzed that the reason for the shortage of employment was to eliminate the economic situation. In addition to the increase in the number of workers, the intensity of the work of enterprises and the small increase in wages were important reasons. From the level of wages and remuneration of enterprises participating in the survey, the wage level of the mechanical processing industry is between 2,500 and 3,000 yuan; the wage level of the construction and textile and garment industries is between 1,500 and 2,000 yuan; the wage level of the commercial service industry is between 1,000 and 1,800 yuan. Between the food processing industry wage levels between 1000-1500 yuan; petrochemical industry wages between 2000-3000 yuan.

The reporter learned from the Municipal Human Resource Management Service Center that 60-70% of the annual employment plans of many companies in the surveyed companies have been completed in February. Most companies will not stop production due to shortages of employment, but they cannot rule out the employment situation. Forcing industrial upgrading has caused some companies to shut down or switch production.

In this regard, the Human Resources Management Service Center has issued corresponding policies, and the relevant person in charge of the Employment Department told reporters that the next step the government will release supply and demand information, organize training, build an online recruitment “community” and establish a sound corporate wage growth mechanism, etc. On the other hand, it helps enterprises to solve labor shortages.
