Protective leather synthetic leather standard implemented in October
Huafeng Microfiber is currently the largest domestic ultra-fine fiber synthetic leather manufacturer and one of the two drafting organizations of the "Polyurethane Beam Microfiber Synthetic Leather" QB/T2888-2007 standard. In 2003, the company started the research and development of microfiber protective footwear products. It was successfully developed in 2006 and became the only domestic microfibre enterprise that meets the European Union S2 standard microfiber protective footwear leather, effectively filling domestic high-grade waterproof and moisture-permeable waterproof labor. The gap in protective footwear leather has effectively strengthened the core competitiveness of Huafeng Microfiber products and brands. In May 2007, Huafeng Microfiber successfully applied for a patent on the “Method for Making Synthetic Leather for Protective Shoesâ€. The approved industrial standards mainly stipulate the classification, safety technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of synthetic leather for protective footwear.
The most important problem facing the domestic domestic microfibre industry is fierce homogenization competition, lack of R&D and innovation capabilities, and lack of high-end products. Based on this, Huafeng Microfiber has firmly established a differentiated and high-end development path since its inception, and has achieved technological innovation and product development while achieving sales volume for the first time in several years. In addition to the ultra-fiber protective footwear leather, the company developed a series of special-purpose high-end products such as microfiber shoes, leather, microfiber leather and microfiber automotive interior leather.
