Today we’re thrilled to unveil Balance, the highly anticipated debut collection from Named Patterns in the past five years. This capsule collection is crafted specifically for the vibrant spring and summer seasons, offering designs that blend functionality with style.
First up is the Aina Trousers + Culottes pattern, which offers two distinct variations: classic trousers featuring a slightly tapered ankle-length leg, and trendy culottes. Both options boast a high-rise design, fly zipper closure, front pockets, and patch pockets on the back. The front waist is adorned with a sleek waistband, complete with a decorative button closure on the sides, while the back waist incorporates a relaxed elastic detail for added comfort. These trousers can be customized further with or without the optional decorative topstitching.
Next, meet the Kerttu Knot Dress + Skirt pattern, which presents two versatile options: a sundress with a chic tie detail at the front, and a simple yet elegant high-waist skirt. Both variations showcase a tiered maxi-length hem and an elastic waist, ensuring a flattering silhouette. The dress features a deep V-neck and a keyhole detail at the front, while the rounded back neckline is gathered using spaghetti shoulder straps. The adjustable straps allow for a personalized fit through the opening in the back lining.
The Rauha Tee + Tee Dress pattern introduces two distinct styles: a high-hip length T-shirt with a boxy fit, and a midi-length T-shirt dress complete with in-seam side pockets. Both versions boast a unique rectangular ribbed funnel neck, dropped shoulders, and a relaxed fit, perfect for a casual yet stylish look.
The Sirkka Hooded Jacket pattern offers a light, unlined jacket with detachable hood, long sleeves, and a zipper closure. This jacket features a high collar and large patch pockets, including a side pocket and an additional pocket beneath the flap. The overlapping pocket flaps with snaps add a playful touch. The hood, hemline, and cuffs are gathered with elastic cords for added flexibility.
Finally, the Taika Blouse Dress pattern presents a timeless midi-length blouse dress with half sleeves and gathered sleeve openings. This lightly fitted dress combines a V-neck and button closure with a curved waist seam that runs below the bust at the front. The gathers at the bust and center back enhance the bodice's volume and shape, while the vertical seams of the skirt provide a slimming effect.
