The Philippines issued two sets of two stamps on January 14th, depicting the Earth surrounded by red hearts and a postal worker delivering flowers—symbolizing the country’s postal service. Each stamp included the message "Happy Valentine's Day." Australia released its "Love" series on January 18th, featuring two stamps: one with a red rose and the word "LOVE," and another showing two hearts entwined with vines. Additionally, there was a self-adhesive stamp resembling a promissory note with a pair of wine glasses. Slovenia released a single heart-shaped stamp on January 28th, labeled "B," featuring red lips and text, all in a classic red color that symbolizes love.
