Shishi City held a standardization work conference for the Trousers Association on December 6, where nearly 100 enterprise leaders from member companies attended a specialized training session led by industry experts. The release of China's first pants standard, DB35/T 958-2009 titled "Men's Casual Pants," is set to take effect officially on December 10 this year. As the city that proposed and developed this standard, Shishi requires all member enterprises to strictly implement it in production, management, and sales. First and foremost, business owners must fully understand and master the new standard to ensure its accurate application.
Shishi's textile and garment industry has creatively pioneered the "casual pants" sector, which has since gained widespread popularity across the country and even internationally. The city has now become the largest industrial cluster for casual pants, driving both national and global fashion trends.
